中国HIV VPR基因多态性分析

论文摘要：Little sequence information is available for human immunodeficiency virus type １(HIV-１) vpr genes of Chinese origin。 In our study， we analyzed HIV-１ vpr genes isolated from HIV-１ infected patients of South China。 Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and nested PCR was used to amplify HIV-１ vpr gene。 Using BLAST， Clustal W and Mega biological analysis software， we found vpr sequences mainly included subtypes as follows： CRF０１-AE (５１。６３％)， subtype C (２４。８４％)， subtype B (１７。６５％)， CRF０３-AB (３。９２％) and CRF０８-BC (１。３１％)。 The proportion of the glutamine (Q) is ８４。３％ in the ７７th position of the １５４ deduced amino acid sequences， which differ from overseas reports。
