论文摘要:To achieve morphology and size control of layered double hydroxides (LDH) in polymer/LDH hybrid materials, a mineralization method was employed based on graft polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) onto collagen and successive impregnation of LDH into the interstices of grafted collagen matrix。 As the results indicated, grafted collagen was pH-dependent in morphology, forming functionalized copolymer network at pH 2。5。 In the subsequent templating synthesis, the adsorption of collagen to metal ions as well as LDH generated in-situ was enhanced by grafted PMMA, suggested by basal layer spacing of LDH increasing from 7。6 ?to 8。7 ? The growth of LDH crystallites was inhibited by the grafted copolymer, filling the template voids of the matrix network in the form of nano-scaled clubs。 This type of novel hybrid biomaterial exhibited potential use in infrared camouflage by achieving a minimum emissivity value of 0。382 due to regular and ordered inorganic-organic combinations with large synergistic interfaces at molecular level。
