论文摘要：The studying objective is E-learning for higher education based on the Internet。 Firstly， compared with traditional education， development advantages of E-Learning in higher education based on Internet are presented from different angles。 Then using various application systems and network techniques， technical solutions of E-Learning are proposed combined with specific cases， including system architect， system composition， and system environment for software and hardware。 Through the studying， it is concluded that E-learning for higher education based on the Internet has obvious development advantages and operable solutions。 The prospect of E-learning is promising and it will become the main learning method for higher education in the near future。
