论文摘要：Important monolignols such as coniferyl alcohol were catalyzed by Rhus laccases from Rhus vernicifera in water/acetone solution。 The enzymatic mechanism was detailedly discussed。 The sites ６， 円 and phenolic oxygen were the mainly active sites of phenylpropanoid compounds which were first oxidized by enzyme and then radical reaction followed。
